Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior compliance leader to maintain the MST compliance program, oversee provider risk, and report to the MST Board. The role collaborates across MST Officers and coaches CCO staff, including AML responsibilities.

The position involves managing regulatory examinations, preparing annual reports, and delivering governance updates for fund services clients, with travel and a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ten or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MST compliance program and develop policies in response to regulatory guidance.
• Oversee compliance of service providers and conduct site visits.
• Collaborate with MST Officers and participate in MST Board Meetings.
• Mentor CCO Staff and act as AML Officer for the MST.
• Manage regulatory examinations and deliver compliance reports.
• Prepare webinars and governance updates for Fund Services clients.
