The Chief Compliance Officer oversees the University of HoustonSystem's ("UHS") compliance programs, helping ensure theinstitution is following federal and state regulations. Directs theformulation, execution, and evaluation of strategic complianceplanning in support of UHS's vision, mission and values. Providesintegrated research, planning, support and leadership in thedevelopment of core initiatives for UHS.
Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theoryin a professional discipline or a
thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of thislevel is typically obtained through
a directly job related Master's degree or equivalent formaltraining in a recognized field of specialization
that is directly related to the type of work being performed. JurisDoctor (J.D.) degree is required.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of job-relatedexperience.
