Job summary

Allocator One Group is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to architect Infra One's US regulatory operating system. You will lead SEC registration, policy architecture, and ongoing compliance across multiple fund vehicles in a rapidly evolving private markets environment.

This role reports to the US Platform Head, shaping fund structuring choices, onboarding, and investor due diligence while ensuring robust governance, risk controls, and regulatory credibility nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of compliance experience at an RIA, private fund platform, hedge fund, or PE firm.
• Deep knowledge of the Advisers Act, Reg D, Form ADV, and SEC examination standards.
• Hands-on experience with multi-fund governance, sub-adviser monitoring, and conflicts management.
• Familiarity with custody rules, AML/KYC frameworks, and cybersecurity standards.
• Prior experience with SEC registration, Form ADV filings, and exam cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC registration process and ongoing compliance.
• Design and implement written compliance policies (portfolio management, conflicts of interest, custody, AML/KYC).
• Oversee annual compliance reviews, testing, and SEC examination responses.
• Define staffing, systems, and office infrastructure to meet SEC expectations.
