Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Ten years of related experience leading internal and external communications teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic communications, public relations, marketing, and brand management.
• Understanding of public-sector operations, transportation systems, and political environments for transit agencies.
• Executive-level communication skills, including persuasive writing and public speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the principal communications advisor to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors.
• Develops and executes a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with agency priorities and culture.
• Leads and mentors a multidisciplinary team responsible for marketing, communications, public relations, and customer engagement.
• Establishes performance metrics to evaluate communications effectiveness and brand impact.
• Oversees the agency’s brand strategy and crisis communications planning and response.
• Directs marketing initiatives to promote ridership and revenue-generating programs.
• Guides market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis for strategic decisions.
• Serves as a senior spokesperson representing the organization with media and elected officials.
• Crafts high-impact messaging, speeches, and executive communications for the CEO and leadership.
