Job summary

Zencore is seeking a proven, dual-threat executive to serve as Head of Engineering and Delivery. You will be the primary architect of Zencore’s technology vision and the operational leader responsible for scaling our global delivery practice across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.

This role requires deep cloud/AI credibility, disciplined services operations, and executive presence to co-sell with Google Cloud field leadership, delivering high-margin engagements and multi-year AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in professional services or cloud consulting.
• 7+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Deep Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI experience.
• Proven P&L ownership and delivery operations management.
• Hyperscaler co-sell experience with partner programs.
• Experience leading multi-geo delivery across US, LATAM, EMEA.
• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define Technical Vision and set architecture standards for cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
• Productize services and proprietary IP to scale repeatable offerings.
• Lead market presence through thought leadership and ecosystem engagement.
• Scale a global delivery model across North America, LATAM, and EMEA with governance.
• Oversee portfolio governance, RAID, and project health for enterprise engagements.
• Collaborate with GTM and Google Cloud alliances to shape complex deals.
• Foster executive sponsorship and alignment with sales for land-and-expand strategies.
