Job summary

Endpoint Clinical is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build and lead a clinical supply consulting and advisory practice. You will shape repeatable offerings, engage senior sponsor stakeholders, and influence product strategy and execution.

You will partner across product, technology, and delivery to ensure high‑impact outcomes, governance, and long‑term growth in a rapidly evolving space. This is a strategic, executive‑level opportunity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in clinical trial supply management, strategy, or related consulting.
• Experience advising sponsors on complex operational decisions.
• Ability to build methodologies, offerings, and teams.
• Credibility with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Endpoint’s clinical supply consulting practice.
• Define scalable advisory offerings, frameworks, and IP.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Delivery to translate market needs into capabilities.
• Guide executives and sponsors through forecasting, inventory strategy, and RTSM/IRT integration.
• Drive growth via strategic pursuits, proposals, and thought leadership.
• Represent Endpoint at industry events and build external credibility.
