Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Five years in healthcare administration with senior nursing management experience.
• Two years of COO/CEO-level experience preferred.
• Graduate level education may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all hospital operations—clinical, ancillary, and support departments.
• Directs strategic planning with the Market CEO and ensures policy implementation.
• Develops and communicates hospital policies, objectives and procedures to managers.
• Maintains budget discipline and ensures financial performance aligns with approved plans.
