SAGE Counseling seeks a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) in Glendale, AZ to lead clinical operations and strategy across the organization, driving high-quality, patient-centered care. The CCO will translate clinical best practices into organizational goals and collaborate with executives to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities include shaping clinical policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, budgeting for clinical programs, and acting as the primary spokesperson for clinical affairs

Competenze

• Masters degree or higher in psychology, counseling, education, social work, criminal justice, human services, or a management field.
• Active and unrestricted Behavioral Health License from BBHE.
• 5+ years of broad management experience in a behavioral health or social service setting.
• 6+ years supervising counseling or social/human services with program development/evaluation experience.
• Extensive staff supervision, training, and managerial principles experience.
• Thorough knowledge of BMFL regulations and professional clinical services requirements.
