Qualifications

• 5+ years of broad management experience in a behavioral health or social service agency.
• At least 6 years of experience supervising counseling or social/human services, with expertise in program development and evaluation.
• Extensive experience in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles.
• Strong knowledge of BMFL regulations and professional clinical services requirements.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Ultimately, the CCO acts as a bridge between clinical staff and executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with business objectives and community health needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters degree, or higher, from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling, education, social work, criminal justice, human services, or a management field.
• Active and unrestricted Behavioral Health License from BBHE.
