Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director to provide organization-wide clinical leadership for mental health, SUD treatment, and prevention services.

This role emphasizes quality care, data-driven decisions, and program development across locations. You will coach clinical supervisors, align clinical priorities with strategy, and champion a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current independent clinical licensure in Ohio (LISW-S/LPCC-S).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision/leading teams.
• Experience with data-driven quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with staff and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead organization-wide clinical strategy for mental health, SUD treatment, and prevention services.
• Develop and inspire clinical leaders through coaching and accountability.
• Oversee clinical performance indicators, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools and approaches to improve access and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, OhioDBH, payer requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate across departments, locations, and service areas to align priorities.
• Represent Family Pride in the community and build partnerships.
