The CMIO will advocate for clinicians, optimize workflows, and drive AI-enabled innovation enterprise-wide.

Senior leader will partner with market and system executives to ensure clinically-informed decisions, effective adoption of digital tools, and ongoing improvement in patient care quality

Formación

• Proven track record designing and leading clinical information system implementations.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT trends including AI, genomics, and consumer-focused care.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills with diverse populations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical activity impacted by AdventHealth IT systems across care settings.
• Advocate for physicians, APPs, and clinicians to promote engagement with IT and strategy.
• Provide leadership across acute, post-acute, ambulatory, and community venues to align with AdventHealth goals.
• Collaborate with CMIOs, CMOs, CNOs, and IT teams to deploy clinical IT initiatives.
• Guide design of workflows to improve efficiency, safety, and analytics.
• Lead EHR adoption and ensure consistent use across the enterprise.
• Facilitate information flow between care settings to support patient-centered decisions.
• Leverage data and AI to drive performance improvement and cost reduction.
