Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in a large, complex healthcare organization.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale CDS systems or digital health solutions.
• Experience leading clinical strategy in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term clinical vision and 5+ year strategy for the Living Health Guidance System.
• Lead cross-functional executive team to align with Enterprise 2030 vision.
• Oversee budget and build vs buy decisions for clinical guidance components.
• Embed evidence-based clinical direction across member and provider touchpoints.
• Oversee design of Clinical Brain, including decision support logic, AI agents, and data models.
• Drive provider enablement and EMR integrations to improve care pathways.
