Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced executive to oversee Disability and Voluntary Benefits Claims Operations within Finance. This role leads strategy, performance, and transformation of claims across Disability (STD, LTD, Absence, Paid Leave) and Voluntary Benefits (Supplemental Health, Critical Illness, Accident).

You will lead a large, multi-site operation, drive exceptional customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuous transformation through technology, automation, and process

Qualifications

• 15+ years in disability, absence, voluntary benefits, or group insurance claims.
• Experience leading large, multi-site operations with broad scope.
• Executive-level collaboration across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Disability and Voluntary Benefits Claims operations.
• Drive customer outcomes, quality, productivity, and financial performance.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, and other leaders to achieve objectives.
• Drive modernization via process improvement, AI, and automation.
