The Air Education and Training Command seeks a Chief and program manager to organize, direct, and exercise control over nonsupervisory personnel within the Civil Engineer Squadron Portfolio Optimization Element.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating with base engineering and other offices, and managing the Element budget and PPBS documentation in support of engineering planning.

• Directs the development and execution of Element budget and PPBS documentation.
