You will steward GMP method performance, data integrity, and resource planning across modalities, ensuring strategic priority alignment with portfolio and quality standards.

The role requires 20+ years in pharma/biotech analytical development or QC, strong people leadership, and a track record of deploying new analytical tech, automation, and advanced analytics

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading GMP analytical laboratories and people managers
• Deep understanding of AQbD, validation, and lifecycle management
• Experience across multiple analytical modalities (small molecules, biologics, vaccines, plasma-derived therapies)
• Ability to drive technology adoption, automation, and data integrity in regulated labs

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations, performance, compliance, and resourcing of US central and Japan regional analytical labs
• Lead a multi-manager lab organization and build capability and high-performance culture
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Regulatory, IT, and Manufacturing to align priorities and resources
• Ensure GMP method performance, data integrity, and inspection readiness
• Drive development, transfer, and troubleshooting of analytical methods across platforms
