• Experience leading a large, multi-level organization with other leaders.
• Experience establishing enterprise-level strategies in a complex commercial, sourcing, or operational environment.
• Experience transforming processes to improve decision quality and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 40+ employees through multiple leadership layers to build capability and results.
• Translate priorities into integrated category strategies, plans, and measurable portfolio outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to define priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and refresh plans as needs change.
• Strengthen management of contracts as assets by tracking terms, performance, and risk.
• Create decision frameworks for incentives, market structures, and long-term value.
• Design a portfolio-management cadence to identify economics changes and escalations.
• Advance data, analytics, and AI capabilities to strengthen portfolio decisions.
• Redesign roles and governance for an AI-enabled operating environment while preserving essential human judgment.
• Clarify accountability and allocate work by comparative advantage across categories.
• Establish measures emphasizing value, risk, and sustainable results over activity.
