We are seeking a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead engineering operations across a 2.8 million sq. ft., multi building mixed-use campus in Atlanta. The campus includes office, laboratory, and warehouse environments, supporting a dynamic and high-visibility corporate headquarters.
This role oversees a team of 12 engineers and maintenance technicians and is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building systems. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
As a CBRE Chief Building Engineer Supervisor, you will supervise the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing ongoing maintenance and repair operations for a facility, a campus, or a portfolio of buildings.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Supervise engineers and maintenance staff including hiring, training, personnel development, etc. Responsible to plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and personnel development programs for assigned properties.
