Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth, transformation, and operational change.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded with comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term marketing, retail, and growth strategies with executive leadership.
• Lead Marketing and Retail Operations; ensure performance, customer experience, and execution.
• Strengthen consumer-facing retail brand and market positioning.
• Identify opportunities to scale the business and drive profitable growth.
• Lead customer experience, merchandising, food service, and other convenience offerings.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, accountability.
• Build and empower a strong leadership team with clear accountability.
• Partner across functions to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
