This senior role oversees key workstreams, drives reporting to the Audit Committee and Board, and leads QAIP and methodology enhancements across FCA. Qualifications

• Deep audit expertise and strategic thinking.
• 10+ years of audit or related experience (financial services).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS in a relevant field; professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, data-driven reporting for Audit Committee, Board, and senior leadership.
• Serve as SME for complex audit methodology and professional practices inquiries.
• Advance FCA’s audit methodology and regulatory-aligned practices across enterprise risk management.
• Oversee QAIP end-to-end with root-cause analysis and action closure.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and automation to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provide senior-level support to audit teams, shaping standards to reduce inquiries.
• Collaborate across Fidelity to align audit practices with enterprise risk management.
