Job summary

Riverside Recruiting seeks a Vice President of Architecture and Engineering for Strongsville, OH. You will report to the CTO and lead the architecture and software engineering teams to drive reliability, security, scalability, and ongoing technical evolution.

You will own enterprise architecture, solution design, integrations, and set engineering strategy and priorities while hiring and developing Directors, Managers, and Team Leads; manage budgets to align investments with the roadmap.

• Drive the continued modernization toward a modern architecture
• Manage budgets to ensure investments align with strategy and roadmap
• Establish clear expectations, performance measures, and accountability
