Riverside Recruiting in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams. You will drive reliability, security, and scalable design while coordinating with architecture and product roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have extensive software engineering experience, leadership of Agile teams, and a strong focus on performance optimization and maintainability. This is a full-time role based in Strongsville with a bonus potential.
