Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Principal to serve as Head of Institutional and Wealth Management Technology, accountable for strategy, architecture, platforms, and delivery across Global Client Solutions and Wealth Management businesses.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this leader will own CRM, sales analytics, advisor intelligence, and integrated platforms with emphasis on Salesforce. Ares aims to scale across RIAs and independent channels with data-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive technology experience with leadership in enterprise applications.
• Deep experience implementing Salesforce platforms within asset management or financial services.
• Strong familiarity with institutional fundraising and investor relationship workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define institutional technology strategy and own platform architecture.
• Lead a high-performing wealth technology team including architects and developers.
• Partner with Global Client Solutions, Investor Relations, Capital Formation, and Marketing to align priorities.
• Drive interoperability across sales, marketing, and client technology platforms.
• Ensure scalable, secure platforms with data-driven decision making.
