Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health's UpToDate content ecosystem is evolving as AI-enabled clinical decision support expands. We seek a Director of Product Management, Content Strategy & AI Readiness to define content standards, metadata, and workflows that bind clinical rigor to scalable AI experiences.

You will partner across Editorial, Clinical, Engineering, AI, Analytics, and Product to translate content needs into prioritized products, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or content product leadership.
• Experience shaping content standards, taxonomy, and metadata.
• Proven ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define content product strategy to support AI-enabled clinical decision support.
• Establish roadmaps for content readiness, search, retrieval, and workflows.
• Translate standards and editorial needs into scalable product priorities.
• Lead evolution of content rubrics and standards with clinical, editorial, product, and AI teams.
• Build feedback loops to identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Define requirements for content structure, tagging, taxonomy, metadata, and authoring workflows.
• Collaborate with Editorial Operations, engineering, and platform teams to streamline content creation and curation.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs and impact.
