Job summary

Aderant Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Chief Architect to lead the technical architecture vision across its SaaS platform, guiding modernization toward a scalable cloud-native environment with AI, data, and security at its core.

You will partner with Product Management, App and Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations, mentoring engineers and representing architecture to C-level and clients. Hands-on problem solving and governance across portfolios are expected.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in software architecture, incl. 5+ years as a principal architect.
• Experience delivering multi-tenant SaaS on cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead legacy-to-SaaS transitions at scale.
• Hands-on AI/ML integration in product architectures.
• Strong data architecture, governance, and security practice.
• Deep knowledge of network, IaC, and zero-trust.
• Experience guiding senior leaders on technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture strategy across SaaS, cloud, AI, data, and security.
• Develop standards, guardrails, and reference patterns for engineering teams.
• Advise product and engineering roadmaps while retaining architecture independence.
• Present architecture vision to clients at CIO/CTO level and in-depth tech sessions.
• Mentor senior engineers and resolve cross-product conflicts.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and governance teams on security controls.
