Role Description

The Chief Architect is a full-time, on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for defining and governing enterprise architecture standards, ensuring that technology solutions align with business strategy and long-term organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing solution architectures, guiding the selection of platforms and tools, and overseeing integration patterns and data flows across systems. The Chief Architect collaborates with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to provide technical leadership, resolve complex design issues, and support major initiatives and transformations. The role also involves documenting architectural blueprints, mentoring technical staff, evaluating emerging technologies, and communicating architecture decisions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Looking for:

• Philadelphia – Hybrid, 3 days/week onsitermation Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud architecture) are beneficial.
• Experience working in or with consulting, professional services, or IT staffing environments is a plus, particularly with large enterprise or government clients.
