Job summary

Parasol Alliance seeks a VP of Innovation & AI to own the enterprise AI strategy and drive adoption across a remote team. You will shape AI governance, identify impactful use cases, and lead innovation initiatives for clients in senior living and healthcare.

You’ll collaborate with success, engineering, security and sales to package scalable AI offerings, contribute thought leadership, and travel about 30% for strategic engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership and innovation strategy.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with AI governance and responsible AI adoption.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
