Joining at seed stage, you will shape the technical architecture and product direction, defining how AI becomes the foundational layer of the company’s manufacturing platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in AI, software engineering, ML architecture, robotics, or related platforms.
• Direct experience with robotics, autonomous systems, physics‑informed ML, reinforcement learning, and digital twins.

Aufgaben

• Build and Manage the AI Organization: build and manage the AI org while hands‑on coding and architecture.
• Lead AI Architecture: design intelligence layers enabling autonomous manufacturing.
• Integrate Multidisciplinary Data: define AI interaction with physics models, telemetry, sensor data, and CAM.
• Interpret & Modify CNC Programs: extract machining intent from G-code accounting for operator variability.
• Create Simulation Environments: define training and validation environments for scalable models.
• Drive Strategic Cross‑Functional Leadership: shape company strategy and roadmaps.
