Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes UHealth’s enterprise AI strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Advises the CEO of UHealth and executive leadership on emerging AI opportunities, risks, investments, and policy developments.
• Establishes governance structures that ensure AI technologies are clinically effective and operationally sustainable.
• Serves as the lead sponsor for AI initiatives spanning clinical, operational, administrative, and research domains with the ability to build initiative-specific teams by drawing on staff from across UHealth and by engaging external subject-matter experts on a contract or advisory basis.
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to accelerate meaningful adoption of AI technologies throughout UHealth.
• Measures utilization, clinician satisfaction, workflow impact, and patient outcomes following deployment.
