Advisors Excel is seeking an Executive VP to lead the Advisor Wealth Experience & Platforms, guiding wealth‑tech strategy, product and partnerships to elevate advisor service and growth. This onsite role in Topeka KS shapes the future of AE Wealth Management’s platforms and experiences.

You will build cross‑functional roadmaps, lead teams, and partner with Product, Technology, Compliance and Sales to align capabilities with advisor outcomes and business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management tech or financial services leadership.
• Experience leading advisor-facing platforms and digital solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into platform strategies, roadmaps and enhancements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with advisor audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of AE Wealth Management’s advisor-facing platforms.
• Partner across the organization to understand advisor workflows and technology needs to define experiences.
• Build and manage teams responsible for platform strategy and advisor enablement.
• Translate insights into roadmaps, priorities, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
• Establish governance and decision-making processes to focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales and other leaders to align capabilities with advisor outcomes.
• Build relationships with advisors and partners; represent AE Wealth Management at conferences and events.
