Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a senior leader to own and drive the strategic roadmap for Wealth Advisory platforms. You will oversee multi-year platform evolutions, engage cross-functional teams, and manage advisor education and field engagement to deliver growth and enhanced client experiences.

You will lead major transformation initiatives, coordinate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors, and ensure governance and risk controls while aligning with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience.
• Minimum 10 years of wealth management experience.
• Management responsibilities and prior experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for Wealth Advisory platforms.
• Serve as the business owner for major platform transformation initiatives.
• Direct complex cross-functional projects with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, client engagement, and business growth.
• Partner with platform providers and vendors to drive product enhancements.
