YWCA North Central Indiana seeks an executive-level leader to guide strategy and fundraising initiatives ensuring the organization’s long-term financial sustainability and essential community services.

The Vice President of Advancement will plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of resource development, donor engagement, grant writing, communications, and special projects, and will supervise the Advancement and Communications team while partnering with the Board.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field required.
• 7–10 years of development, marketing, or fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong relationships and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with donor data management and fundraising analytics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and fundraising program to ensure diverse funding resources.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and supporters across pathways.
• Oversee grant writing, communications, branding, and donor recognition.
• Supervise Advancement and Communications team and coordinate with HR and Board committees.
