Responsibilities

• In collaboration with Development and Communications teams, create and implement a multi-year development strategy to meet fundraising goals.
• Direct a data-driven fund development program supporting the annual revenue budget with emphasis on major donor identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Manage a robust major donor and grants pipeline and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the President to engage major donors and support the Corporate Work-Study Program partnerships.
• Strengthen partnerships and communications to build a broad donor network.
