Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience in advancement in Christian higher education.
• Active member of a Christian Church/Church of Christ (Restoration Movement).
• Evidence of commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan for university advancement.
• Manage major gifts, annual giving, and fundraising campaigns.
• Serve as the staff liaison for Institutional Advancement to the Board of Trustees.

Skills

Understanding of institutional advancement principles

Familiarity with philanthropy and fundraising practices

Knowledge of marketing and public relations

Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
