Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years related experience required.
• Master's degree and eight years related experience with at least five years in executive leadership in higher education, nonprofits, and/or corporate fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and fundraising activities and manage staff.
• Serve as chief spokesperson for fundraising.
• Build a culture of philanthropy across campus and with external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage advancement outreach involving faculty, staff, alumni, board members and volunteers.
• Collaborate with college leaders to connect corporate giving and industry engagement.
• Prepare and execute a comprehensive annual development plan and campus-wide campaigns.
