Frankel Jewish Academy is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to join its Leadership Team. This visionary leader will integrate enrollment, development, and marketing into a cohesive strategy and oversee three directors to drive growth across admissions, development, and communications.

The role requires extensive fundraising experience, strategic planning, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to Jewish education and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years senior development and advancement leadership experience, ideally within an independent school or Jewish communal setting.
• Significant personal involvement and documented success in capital campaigns, major gift programs, and direct solicitations from high-net-worth individuals and foundations.
• Well-versed in high-level strategic planning, operational data analysis, and long-term pipeline development.
• Proficient with advancement software, operational tools, and donor database ecosystems.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven record of mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Architect the integrated Advancement Engine across marketing, development, and recruitment.
• Supervise three department Directors and align growth initiatives.
• Attend Board meetings and support Development Committee.
• Develop and manage the annual Advancement budget.
• Report institutional health metrics to the Board.
• Lead major gift cultivation and executive solicitations.
• Plan capital campaigns and future facility upgrades.
