Dartmouth College is seeking a Senior Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations to lead the global advancement enterprise. Reporting to the President, the SVP will set priorities, engage alumni, parents, and donors, and oversee multiple advancement teams across the five schools.

The role requires extensive fundraising leadership experience, strategic vision, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to advance institutional priorities with integrity and impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of advancement leadership experience in complex institutions.
• Proven success in cultivating, soliciting, stewarding significant gifts.
• Commitment to Dartmouth’s mission and liberal arts education.
• Ability to lead operational transformation for an ambitious advancement strategy.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex teams and foster collaboration.
