Job summary

OurCalling seeks an accomplished Chief Advancement Officer to lead our advancement team and steward donor relations in support of current operations and expansion projects. The CAO will partner with the CEO, COO, CPO and CFO to drive growth and strategic fundraising initiatives across the ministry, engaging high-net-worth donors and church partners with a mission-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading major fundraising campaigns.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and closing gifts.
• Ability to collaborate with C-suite leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year capital campaigns and donor outreach.
• Drive major gifts strategy with a personal portfolio of 70-100 donors.
• Oversee foundations, grants, corporations, and church partner fundraising.
• Shape external communications and storytelling across web, PR, video and social channels.
• Develop the 5–10 year fundraising growth plan with campaigns and partnerships.
