Qualifications

• At least 15 years of legal experience with a law firm, corporation, or regulatory body.
• Active member of a Bar of a state of the United States.
• Experience in administrative proceedings with superior regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the PCAOB’s Office of Hearing Officers.
• Preside over disciplinary proceedings and registration hearings.
• Prepare clear decisions explaining findings and conclusions.
