Qualifications

• FCAS designation and advanced degree in actuarial science or related field.
• Significant progressive property & casualty actuarial leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial, analytics, and portfolio intelligence; drive pricing, reserving, and capital decisions.
• Partner with executive leadership; translate risk into actionable strategies.
• Develop governance for data, models, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee reserving, forecasting, and regulatory/financial reporting.
