Millersville University’s Chick-fil-A location is looking for a Student Food Prep worker for Fall 2026. You will prepare food and drinks for service lines in a fast-paced, team-focused setting, with comprehensive Chick-fil-A training provided to help you succeed and grow.

This student role offers flexible shifts, opportunity to gain hands-on food prep experience, and a pay rate of $12.50 per hour with additional pay for before/after hours and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prep salad bases and side salads, including made-to-order salads.
• Fillet chicken breasts and prepare items like Mac & Cheese and brownies.
• Prepare tea and coffee.
• Set up the station and prep paper supplies.
• Clean up prep area and manage trash and dish machine cleaning.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Duties

Prep will consist of Making:

• Salad Base(s)- including made to order salads
• Side Salad(s)
• Filleting Chicken Breast(s)
• Mac & Cheese
• Bag Brownies
• Bacon
• Prep Tea
• Prep Coffee

You will be required to:

• Work as a team
• Complete Pathway training for Proper Chick-fil-A Procedures
• Use proper Date Dot labeling System for Food Freshness and Safety
• Use food safety and sanitation
• Use safety equipment ( PPE )
• Set-up Station
• Prep Paper Supplies for Station
• Clean-up prep area
• Empty Trash cans
• Sweep & mop area when completed assignment(s)
• Use Dish Machine to help clean
