Job summary

Chick-fil-A Springs Station is seeking a courteous Front of House Team Member for part-time hours. Shifts are 3–5 hours daily from 9am to 4pm, with emphasis on 11am–2pm, and the position starts at $16 per hour.

You will be trained in guest-facing roles and contribute to a friendly, efficient dining environment. Ideal candidates enjoy serving others, thrive in a team setting, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 3–5 hours per day, 9am–4pm with emphasis on 11am–2pm.
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs daily.
• Comfortable standing, multi-tasking in a fast-service environment.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Position Type:

• $16 per hour: Work only while kids are in school, off for all school breaks, summer breaks, and holidays.
• 3-5 hours per day through the week: Plenty of time to pick up your kids from school.
• Looking for shifts that fall within the hours of 9am-4pm with a special emphasis on availability from 11am-2pm.
• Dedicated training: Building your skill set with on the job training in all guest facing team member roles in the restaurant.
