Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while coordinating a front-of-house team under a Director, with a focus on dining, carry-out, and drive-thru operations.

The role includes leading 7-12 team members, training, scheduling, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and achieving labor cost and sales goals while maintaining speed of service and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $20.25 - $22.50 per hour
