Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Director to lead performance and strategy across a key business department, overseeing operations and driving strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes servant leadership, high accountability, and mentoring future leaders within a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant.

You'll manage a 60+ team and work 35-40 hours weekly in restaurant operations, with additional hours in your department.

• Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
• Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
• Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
• Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
• Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
• Develop future leaders

Compensation

Total compensation/benefits estimated at $70,000+

• Wage: $26/hr at 45 hrs/wk
