Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chicago Ridge is seeking a proactive Kitchen Team Leader to support back-of-house operations and contribute to a positive, high-performing work culture.

You will coach and develop Kitchen Team Members, ensure high-quality food production, accuracy and speed, and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards.

Must be 18+, able to close at least 3 shifts weekly (Fri/Sat), and work a minimum of 35 hours per week; we never work on Sundays.

• Maintaining high-quality food production under pressure
• Adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work at least 35 hours per week
• Open to 3 shifts including Friday/Saturday (required)

Responsibilities

• Assisting Management in coaching, training, and developing Kitchen Team Members
• Ensuring high-quality food production, accuracy, and speed of service
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
• Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis
• Must be 18 years or older (Required)
• Ability to close at least 3 shifts per week including Friday and Saturday, but prefers Open Availability (Required)
• Excel at working under high stress situations and a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours/week
