Chick-fil-A Woodburn is seeking an experienced Kitchen Director to lead the Back of House, build systems for consistency, and develop a culture where team members are challenged and supported. This hands-on leadership role offers opportunities for growth as our restaurant expands.

As Kitchen Director, you will drive quality, safety, and inventory control while partnering with leaders to hit restaurant goals and foster a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership or kitchen management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people in a high-volume restaurant environment (preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Back of House operations to deliver exceptional food quality, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Develop, coach, and inspire a team of 25-30 Back of House team members while building future leaders.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Improve restaurant performance by implementing efficient systems, controlling food costs, managing inventory, and increasing productivity.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Front of House leadership to achieve shared goals.
• Take ownership of your department by identifying opportunities for improvement and solving problems.
