Job summary

Chick-fil-A Falls Village is hiring a Back of House Team Member for a 2 PM - 10 PM shift in Raleigh, NC. This role supports the kitchen team, prepares and plates food, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.

You will work in person, with opportunities for development, a flexible schedule, and benefits including food perks and training. Applicants should be 16 or older and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Smile, eye contact, enthusiastic communication.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep


• Stock kitchen inventory as needed


• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times


• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A


• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership


• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes


• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned


• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times


• Other duties as assigned
