Job summary

Puppy Sphere in Chicago is seeking a friendly, energetic Part-time Event Facilitator to help deliver our puppy yoga experiences on-site. You’ll handle setup, guest welcome, safety, and smooth transitions between classes, with weekday shifts and weekend availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or hospitality preferred.
• Availability to work weekdays (at least one day per week).
• Minimum of 4 shifts per month; weekend availability a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods during events.

Responsibilities

• Set up studio and puppy area at start of shift; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Care for puppies during the day; provide water/food as needed and ensure welfare.
• Assist with themed decor for events when required.
• Welcome and check in guests; create a warm, friendly arrival experience.
• Conduct welcome briefings and set expectations for each class.
• Maintain safe environment; manage puppy clean-ups and wellbeing.
• Deliver a high-quality wellness experience; be attentive to guest needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across studio and puppy space.
• Support smooth transitions between classes and rapid reset of spaces.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth event delivery and issue resolution.
• Help build community by creating memorable moments for guests.
