Job summary

Puppy Sphere in Los Angeles is seeking an Event Facilitator to help bring our puppy yoga classes to life. This on-site, part-time role supports setup through breakdown, delivering a welcoming and safe experience for guests and puppies.

You will work weekdays, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month, and enjoy perks like puppy yoga classes and employee discounts. Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Availability to work weekdays.
• Minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Additional weekend availability is a strong plus.
• A warm, engaging personality that helps create a welcoming experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bonus if you have access to a car and can drive.

Responsibilities

• Set up the studio and puppy area at the start of each shift, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Care for puppies throughout the day, including water/food and comfort.
• Assist with themed decor and guest check-in to create a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and puppies.
• Support smooth transitions between classes and quick resets.
