Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc in Chicago is seeking a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach fundraising goals and deliver engaging student experiences.

You will teach a character-based curriculum, host the Boosterthon Fun Run, motivate students to participate, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators while modeling fitness, leadership, and character.

Program Specialist – Boosterthon

As the Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and deliver engaging student experiences.

Additional Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass a Booster background and motor vehicle check.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Availability full day from 7:00am to 4:00pm on scheduled workdays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $17–$19 per hour, non‑exempt.
