Winston & Strawn LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Workflow Coordinator in Chicago to enhance legal service delivery. This role involves data management, implementing workflows, and collaborating closely with the IS leadership to improve operational efficiency through legal technology.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, particularly in legal technology or innovation within law firms. Comprehensive benefits and support are included for full-time employees.
The Practice Innovation Workflow Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Manager of Practice Innovation and will work closely with IS leadership to support the firm’s adoption and operationalization of the firm’s Legaltech and innovation portfolio. This individual will provide hands‑on support for the implementation and maintenance of complex legal workflows, focusing on executing data migrations, ensuring data integrity, configuring, maintaining, and updating structured review sets, prompt libraries and automated workflows, helping to ensure that technology enhances legal service delivery, operational efficiency, and client value directly in line with the firm and Information Services department strategies.

Illinois applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $80,000‑$102,000 based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
New York applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $88,000‑$110,000 based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
Washington, DC applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $84,000‑$106,000 based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity.
